Why Do We Need Capacity Building?
We want to keep improving. Additionally, we aim to make our organization more attractive to commercial partners and private donors who could financially support us. At the moment, we are too dependent on subsidies and grants (more than 95% of our projects), which can threaten our stability and our ability to create new programmes for the Roma community.
