The Romani women's group Manushe, which today has more than 200 members, is an informal group operating under the banner of Slovo 21 since 2000.

It draws its name from the female equivalent of the Romani word "manus" - man.

The group’s motto is "Education, self-confidence, emancipation”, and it develops its activities in this spirit.

Its goal is to support and educate Romani girls and women in order to gain sufficient self-confidence, set their priorities, and fight for their position in Romani families and Czech society.

The group has several successful projects to its credit, thanks to which it is slowly co-creating or even changing the environment in which it operates.
