Based on the prototype of the female Roma group Manushe, local groups of girls aged 14-18 were established.

Like the older members, the young girls are given space for self-realization.

The more senior group members motivate them, mentor them, encourage them to participate actively and to take part in public events or campaigns.

The project includes, if necessary, tutoring in school subjects as well as education in the areas of health and reproduction.
